New Kpop Podcast You’ll Hopefully Love

Yup, if you read the header of this post you already know what this is all about.

*A hot new bombshell (a podcast) enters the villa!*

I understand it feels like there has been an influx of podcasts nowadays and in comparison it feels like my little series is just a small shop versus a big mall. Anyway, the reason why I decided to start a podcast called Kpop Chat, is because I wanted to turn the video series I’ve been doing in my channel for a while into a proper podcast. Basically, I would post videos talking about comebacks, debuts, and topics in Kpop that I wanted to share with you all. Video wise, the content hasn’t changed. It’s still being uploaded to my channel. The only difference is that it is now available on Spotify!

What is Kpop Chat about?

Kpop Chat is a weekly series where I chat about the latest Kpop comebacks, sharing my thoughts on albums, music videos, and news. Plus weekly topics prompted by polls you get to vote on.

So you if you prefer to consume your content via Spotify now you can. But YouTube is still available.

Yes, I will continue uploading reaction videos to my channel. Although I won’t be posting my reaction to every single comeback and debut. A while ago, I shared on my channel that I went back to school to get my Master’s degree and I got a new job. Because of that my schedule became a bit hectic. That is why last year and this year the amount of videos I’ve uploaded has been less than usual.

Even though my schedule is still rough, I’ll try to post my reactions to recent comebacks as much as I can. But that is another reason why I enjoy doing my Kpop Chat videos. If I miss a comeback or I watched an MV in my own time, I can still share my thoughts about it on a weekly video.

And oftentimes I am able to better digest a comeback when I allow myself time to rewatch a music video, listen to the whole album, and check out other content from the group / artist that they released for their comeback.

So with that being said, the first four episodes of Kpop Chat are already available on Spotify. Episode 4 will be up on YouTube tomorrow.

If there’s any comeback or debut you’d like me to discuss, let me know!

Whether you’re listening to my Kpop Chat episodes at work, in school, in your commute, or on your day off, I hope you enjoy this content and it brightens your day a little.

Taemin Didn’t Just Perform at Coachella…He Proved a Point Kpop Chat with EliMarie

Taemin performed at Coachella, so what does this mean for Kpop? Let’s talk about it. At Coachella Taemin performed his songs:TAEMIN 태민 performed at Coachella this year and he performed his songs: Sexy in the Air, Want, Permission, Parasite, Move, Guilty, Heaven, Frankenstein, Advice , Idea, Let Me Be the One, Sober, and 1004.Taemin is proof you can still be 18 years into your career, while being a soloist and a member of a group, and still be able to have new opportunities and reach new audiences. Longevity in Kpop is rare, but it's possible and I hope more companies prioritize their artists longevity in the industry. -EliMarie#TAEMIN #태민— Links:YOUTUBE: http://youtube.com/elimariereactsBLOG: http://elimarieproduction.comTWITTER: http://twitter.com/elimariereacts INSTAGRAM: http://instagram.com/elimariereacts Business email: elimarieinfo@gmail.comPatreon: http://patreon.com/elimariereacts
